At Prime Vapes, we take age-restricted sales seriously. Our vaping and nicotine products are intended for adults aged 18 and over only.
By placing an order with Prime Vapes, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over and legally allowed to purchase the products in your delivery country.
You Must Be 18 or Over
You must be 18 or over to purchase age-restricted vaping and nicotine products from Prime Vapes.
In Ireland, selling nicotine inhaling products to children is prohibited under the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023.
We do not knowingly process age-restricted sales for anyone under 18.
How Age Verification Works
We may carry out an age check when you place an order or before your order is processed.
Proof of Age
Where additional verification is required, you may be asked to provide suitable information or valid proof of age.

- Additional age verification may be requested.
- Valid proof of age may be required.
- Orders may be refused if age cannot be verified.
If we cannot reasonably confirm that you meet the required age, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Prime Vapes serves customers across Ireland, the UK and selected European countries.

UK Customers
Nicotine vapes are restricted to adults aged 18+. From 29 October 2026, updated UK rules will make it an offence for retailers, including online retailers, to sell any vaping or nicotine product, including non-nicotine vapes, to anyone under 18.
European Customers
Age and product rules can vary between European countries. Customers should make sure they meet the legal purchasing requirements that apply in their delivery country.
Buying for Someone Under 18
Do Not Purchase for Anyone Under 18
Do not purchase age-restricted products from Prime Vapes on behalf of anyone under 18.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the products are being purchased for an underage person.
From 29 October 2026, UK law also expressly prohibits an adult from buying or attempting to buy vaping or nicotine products on behalf of someone under 18.
