Zero Nicotine Disposable Vapes
Looking for a vape without the nicotine? This is where you’ll find our zero nicotine range: disposables and refill pods made with 0mg e-liquid, so you get the flavour and the vapour but no nicotine. Every product on this page is clearly marked as nicotine-free, and everything here is for adults aged 18 and over. Below the products there’s a short guide to how these vapes work, how to choose one, and what’s changing for disposable vapes in Ireland.
What is a nicotine-free vape?
A nicotine-free vape (you’ll also see it called a zero nicotine, no nicotine or 0mg vape) works the same way as any other vape. A battery heats a small coil, the coil warms the e-liquid, and you breathe in the vapour. The only real difference is the liquid. It’s made from propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine and flavouring, and no nicotine is added.
The strength is printed on the pack as 0mg, and the products on this page also state that they contain no nicotine. That said, “nicotine-free” doesn’t mean “risk-free”. You’re still inhaling vapour, so these products aren’t for under 18s, and they aren’t for people who don’t already smoke or vape.
Why people choose zero nicotine vapes
Reasons vary. Some people have been lowering their nicotine strength bit by bit and have reached 0mg. Others enjoy the flavours and the routine of vaping and just don’t want the nicotine. Some simply like having something to hold and puff on. Whatever the reason, a non-nicotine vape gives you the same flavour and vapour as its nicotine version, with one difference: there’s usually less of the throat hit, because that comes from the nicotine.
Zero nicotine disposables vs refill pods
You’ll see two formats on this page. Which one is better depends on how you vape. This table shows the main differences.

What’s changing for disposable vapes in Ireland
Ireland has passed a law to ban the sale of single-use vapes. It’s due to take effect on 24 January 2027, and as far as we understand it, the ban covers disposable vapes whether or not they contain nicotine. Until then they stay on sale. If you vape regularly, though, it makes sense to think about a reusable device with refill pods, because that’s where the market is heading. Our post on the disposable vape ban in Ireland explains what changes and when.
How to choose a nicotine-free vape
Think about how often you vape
If you only vape now and then, a disposable is simple and needs no setup. If you vape every day, a device with refill pods usually works out as the better long-term option.
Check the puff count
You’ll see numbers like 600, 6000 or 10K on the box. That’s the approximate number of puffs you can expect. It’s a guide only, since heavy use and long draws will use the liquid up faster.
Pick a flavour you’ll enjoy
Fruit and ice flavours make up most of this range. If you can’t decide, try a fruity flavour first and see how you get on.
Make sure it’s really 0mg
The pack should show “0mg” or say plainly that the product is nicotine-free. If it isn’t on the pack, it doesn’t belong on this page.
Nicotine-free vape FAQs
No. The e-liquid is made without nicotine and the pack says 0mg.
You have to be at least 18. That’s our rule for all vapes, nicotine-free ones too. You can read more in our age verification policy and our guide to the vape age limit in Ireland .
The flavour comes from the flavouring in the liquid, not from the nicotine, so the taste is very similar. The main thing people notice is a lighter throat hit.
The puff count on the box gives you a rough idea. How long it really lasts depends on how often you vape and how hard you pull.
